1. Create your merchant account
Start with an account so your store, products and order requests belong to you. Already have an account? Use sign in.
2. Choose your plan and set up your store
Review the monthly or yearly plans, then add your business name, store address, branding, WhatsApp number and fulfilment options. Paid signup opens when billing is activated.
3. Add products and publish
Set prices, upload images and mark available products. Decide whether your store should appear in the marketplace or be shared through its direct link.
4. Receive and confirm requests
Shoppers build a bag and save an order request. They send the details on WhatsApp; you confirm availability, timing, taxes, delivery and payment.
5. Keep everything organized
Your workspace holds your products and saved requests. Update fulfilment and payment statuses as you handle orders. Growth and Studio also offer merchant payment links and CSV exports.
